Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account or using the winboxmy platform, you fully agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and winboxmy as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to have only one registered account with winboxmy. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without notice.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login information confidential. winboxmy is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Registration information must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times.
• You must notify winboxmy immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct

Users agree to use the winboxmy platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical system weaknesses or manipulate game results dishonestly.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Engaging in any activities that disrupt normal platform operations or negatively affect other users’ experience.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the winboxmy platform to others.

Winboxmy reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant accounts.

Payment and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the winboxmy platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and valid.

Winboxmy supports multiple local payment methods including e-wallets and online banking. Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen:

• E-wallet deposits are usually processed within minutes.
• Withdrawals may take between one to three business days depending on the chosen method.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply according to the platform’s current policy.

Users agree that all deposited funds are for platform use only. winboxmy reserves the right to withhold or suspend processing of transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering.

Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

Winboxmy reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activities. In such cases, account balances may be held pending investigation and resolved at the platform’s discretion.

Platform Liability Limit

Winboxmy is not responsible for any indirect losses, data loss, business interruptions, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. The platform’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for related services within thirty days prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the winboxmy platform are the exclusive property of winboxmy or licensed third parties. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws

Winboxmy reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent Malaysian courts.
